What program do you use? Yeah animating is a HUGE help to boosting kaaring

Gimp. There's a animating thingamajig in there that I haven't tried to dabble in yet... been too scared of it. XD I wanna try a simple(-ish) 4 frame double ear flick... would that be possible?
