O.O You never cease to amaze me. Looking at your art has gotten me back into drawing horses again. My only problem now is coloring and being able to draw and label different breeds. Thank you for inspiring me!

Scutters got a stockie!
Seriously adorable, look at that tail!
Mind if I give some tips? You said you had issues with the head, so these will kinda help you be able to get that part
Right now, he looks a little ponyish but I think if you made even just the throat latch tighter (QHs tend to have tiny little throat latches), that'd trim up his neck and he's look bedazzling. Tying the neck up higher would give him better range of motion, making him better on say cows or barrels. You want the neck to not come out too high, but just below the point of shoulders is a good place. The more steep a shoulder is, the rougher and shorter the stride of the horse. A long sloping shoulder at about a 45 degree angle will give a really good range of motion. A horse with the same slope length and degree between the shoulder and hip will be a very naturally balanced mover. If you look at the hip here, you've got a beautiful long slope, but the shoulder is steeper than the hip, which would cause the horse to dump on the front end with extra weight. By cleaning up the neck, you'll find that when you draw the head, it just kind of guides you through a little more. I like to rough sketch the head and neck, but when I draw the head, I try to compliment the neck to it.
I'm used to looking at performance horse conformation in stock horses, so if you ever have an issue with getting angles or proportions right, give me a holler. I think you've got yourself a very nice base to build off, and that you'll get better used to drawing stockies as time goes on, just gotta, you know, dram him more and get practice in
Seriously love it though

I seriously am so excited for you
It's cool the more you draw them, the easier it'll be to spot the subtle differences like that, but trust me, you are well on your way
