As ecstatic as I would be to win the art auction, this piece is definitely worth it no matter the result <333 It's been a confidence booster, even though I know it's far from perfect. Freehand always intimidates me, and I know I tend to use tracing as a crutch, but this time I went all-out and didn't trace a single thing, and tbh I'm proud of myself for that Doing realistic-style horses and then shading them lineless without the help of tracing was waaaaaay out of my comfort zone, but I ended up making something I'm actually really pleased with! And I am practicing a new way of doing manes!! This tutorial was really helpful, though I need to work on it quite a bit but for a first with this technique, I like how it came out ^^

This is probably around 8+ hours of work, but of course over multiple days XD Thank you guys at #Nordanner for hosting this event, and with such a unique class!!
