So, this is the project for school you were asking for advice on in that journal long ago? (with the 3-panel thing with no words, rights?) Well I think you did a great job on it in my eyes ^_^
I like the blues but sometimes, i feel it is a little "too" blue? I don't know if you meant to, or if you were forced to only use a monochromatic scheme, but I think little, subtle shades of some other colors would have made it seem a little more, ur.... I don't want to say "interesting" because I think it's already plenty interesting, but..."different", maybe...? 
I know hte blue helps with the mood too, but... gahh I dunno...
*ahem* excuse meh.....
anyways, I love the first and second panels and especially the attention to detail when dealing with the little reflections in the window

yeah i moved them to scrap ^w^
it is all ment to be one colour because i did alot of painting at school using blue to create a sadish feeling to it and my teacher wanted me to do the same thing in a digital piece
if i did it just for deviantart i would have added more colours and more to the last frame

I feal the pain, so far from home. The teddy bear is a nice little touch, but the girl seems a little overtaken by the bear. The house could have taken a little more work. I'm not saying its bad, I can't draw this good to save my life. But you asked for advanced critique. The colors and weather choice really give this pic some emotion. good job
