Sorry for how late this critique is, I have been busy with my writing and other associated things.

Vision: I really haven't seen too much of Cloud Chaser since she was only in the one episode, but this is better than a lot of the Cloud Chaser/Flitter shipping pics and other associated dross that I've had to wade through, so this is great.

Originality: Everytime I have seen Cloud Chaser previously, it's either been sexual, not well done, or a bit stereotypically vally girl-esque, so seeing her getting all contemplative and just sitting in the rain is a welcome change of pace. If I had to critique it, I think that there could be a little more color variety, maybe her cutie mark emblazoned on the jacket or something. I'm all for peaceful and contemplative, but if it sticks with only a few colors then it is going to get really boring really fast.

Technique: Great as always, and the fading colors for the sky add a really nice atmospheric effect.

Impact: While it is nice to see Cloudchaser in a scenario that isn't shipping, I feel that there could have been more here to make it stand out.

Overall: A nice picture, if a little on the dull side as far as content is concerned. Keep up the good work, and I can't wait for the next one.
