Edit: P83! He's not fully approved yet, though he does have a Polar Wiki entry so I'm pretty hopeful. His design was really hard for me to zero in on, but I'm so happy with the results. He's pretty loosely based on a Suicune, and I wuv him.Looking for friends, allies and possible luv!
Name: Arcturus
Nicknames: Arc, Rus
Age: Young Adult
Clan: Philoden
Occupation: Currently wandering the Polar Wilds trying to figure out where he fits in and to make up for a rather mis-spent youth. When he meets others he's willing to entertain with stories or do whatever odd jobs are needed.
Personality: Brash, sarcastic and a bit of a flirt. He's pretty outgoing, and not really afraid of anything he's encountered while searching for the Philoden clan. He has a pretty good hold on his temper, but if you push him too hard you'll regret it. He hates any cruelty to foals, and comes down pretty hard on bullies. Arc has a pretty hard time trusting people, and is having a difficult time dealing with some of the typical Wildling attitudes and making new friends. He's very reticent about his past, and is trying to embrace pacifism.
Backstory: Arcturus was taking in by pirates as a child, but just found out the he's not the last Wildling. Now a new adventure begins where he searches for his clan in general, and his family in particular. He's taken a vow of nonviolence to make up for his past, but he's having trouble sticking to it.
Other: The collar and drapes he wears are tokens of his vow of pacifism. His headband belonged to his mother. The gem he usually wears on it belonged to the pirate captain, and it was a gift when they parted ways.
He is extremely good at ice magic and offensive magic. He has no real grasp of the typical Philoden skills such as horticulture.
He spent most of his life believing that he and his family were the last Wildlings, and was shocked to run into another.
He will tell many entertaining stories about how he got his scars, but he won't tell the truth unless he really trusts you.
Doesn't really understand why he should trim his fetlocks. Arc feels that if you don't like them, that's on you.

Sweet, read your ref for Aska. I would suggest that based off their respective histories Aska would be Arcturus' great-grand uncle or, more greats in there depending on how long he's been around.

I don't think he's been around THAT long, goodness, he just ages a little slower xD
grand-uncle maybe or a distant cousin? Just an uncle might work too simply because Wildlings age differently than equines in general, being unicorns and all o3o

I would go with grand-uncle; Arc's pretty young (like whatever the Wildling equivalent of 26 is), so I feel like two generations between them isn't unrealistic.
