No, the battle city stuff we make our character win in however way we choose and depending who made the best battle or story, the judge chose who's character story was the winner and it became cannon.

I can answer that: Evil doesn't know yet. First, we have to see if her entry wins the round. Once all the entries for a round have been judged and winners are picked, I make the next roster. So, if evil wins, she'll be facing aother winner from BC.
