Here's a Sakura (from Naruto) icon I made. It's a short cut from episode 161, and edited a little. She was looking particularly evil and sinister, so I decided to make it into an animated icon. It's sized to fit as an LJ icon.Yay!

lol now that's creepy. I've often wondered, how to you get a bit of film cut and made into an icon, or just be able to edit it? That's cool. Uncool ppl like me don't know how to do it. ^_^

There are programs out there that allow you to take specified frames from a video into images. Then, I piece the images together into an animated gif and edit as necessary.
