Finally done
I have been wanting to draw some Tales of Xillia fanart for a long time now, and now I finally finished a piece8D I didn't really know which character to draw (I love them allX3) so I drew the whole teamxD ...Took some time, I started this on last week and got the lineart done on Saturday. Colouring this was rather timeconsuming since I put all the colours on different layers and added 2-3 shading layers per colour|D
Alvin is bullying Tipo (and Elise;_
as usual, and Tipo is, well, calling him by every kind of names8D (those lines are actually taken straight from one scene in the gamexD) Rowen is kinda trying to make Alvin behave but I guess Alvin doesn't really respect him eitherxD Even though I love their victory quotes>w> (though I love Leia and Alvin's victory quote even more, they are such gangstas )
Well, hope you like it, I put lot of effort in this one. Also, expect some more Xillia art from me in the near future8D That game has WAY too many scenes ideal for fanartingX3 (is that even a sentence in EnglishxD?)

I'm pretty sure it will come. It is, after all, their "anniversary game" and when one player took a look at the gamefiles they noticed that they were made to be ready for localization also. Can't be 100% sure if they are going to localize it but well, they are giving us Graces so I think they are most likely going to give us Xillia too. We just need to patient and believe in it

ThanksxD I love this game<3 And I'm pretty sure it'll be localized because it's the "anniversary game" of Tales and someone opened the gamefiles and said that the files are named so that they would be ready to localization. sorry for my horrible explaining skills|D I can't explain well in my own language, let alone in englishxD But yeah, I can't wait to play this in English too>w> Also, can't wait for the English version of Graces

Yeah they're localizing the Tales of Graces F ps3 version (which has the future arc too>w>) And if I remember right they said it should be released in the beginning (january-february) of year 2012, which means really soon

Everything has been all over the place in the last month.. But anyway I can have some time now to leave something good here.xD
To be honest, this is probably so far the best piece you have made!
Your colouring has become so vibrant and there is much more tonal contrast which really brings them away from looking 2D. So there is more of a 3D appearance happening now. You chose a good background aswell which contrasts away from most of the colours you used in the characters (dark blue).xD
There should be more views on this, and I'll fav it.

Thanks, I try to be accurate with the outfits but I managed to make few mistakes here tooxD Though it was a pain to colour all the details... But I'm glad all the work is worth it

I especially like Alvin(-kun xD), Tipo and Elise <3 And hell yes!! there are soo many scenes from the game I love*_* and yess the gansta victory of Leia and Alvin is made of win xD I also liked the victory scene with Jude and Elise (OMG Tipo is eating JudeΒ΄s face xD) aww I could fangirl the whole day about the game and seeing some good fanarts on dA is making me smile^___^

I love Alvin's voice too<33 And he has done amazing work, I really love the way he says the lines and can do pretty much any kind of situations well. (Gonna be Jude's side spoilers so I put it in small text so no one will accidentally read it8DEspecially I love it when his voice is about to break when he's in the desperate mood>w> One of my all time favourite Tales of scenes must be his fight with JudexDDD They made amazing job with it)
I have almost finished the game, I have also watched the walkthrough (Jude's side) on youtube almost completelyxD It's just so great<33

Me needs a link please o3o I have only seen few parts subbed and otherwise just ran through the game with my friend since he bought the 10x exp from grade shop for his second playthrough|D Plus he tends to skip all the japanese talking unless I ask him to let me read/listen to themxD
In Xillia we were about to end the gaming session for the day and go home when we beat Celcius and her master (lol this time it wasn't so obvious who he actually was, gave me a bit of similar feeling from Symphonia when we learnt about KratosxD) but after watching the cutscene we thought "oh well let's watch what Jude's gonna do" since no one of us had played Jude's side yet and didn't know (i also had conveniently stopped spoiling myself on YT the previous night right after Celcius fightxDD) aaaaand when Jude was being retarded and Leia trying to be the mature adult and Alvin embarrassing himself (c'mon, he's supposed to be a great mercenary and an 11 years younger girl is giving him hard time in battlexDD) we just couldn't stopxDD Today we're actually supposed to finish the story, let's see if I can finally draw more ToX fanart8D Been sick the last couple of days so 5h gaming with friends sounds awesome way to spend a day<33

lol I wasn't actually going to pre-order it but when I was playing Graces with my two friends one of them (the one with PS3) said "I could pre-order it if you paid part of it", me and my other friend were like "yes plz!" and we decided to play it togetherxD
I wasn't very happy about the new characters when I first saw them in those scans, but now I love them almost as much as I love Symphonia's crewxD well, I do love Alvin and his story the most, and I think in Xillia those characters show a lot more different sides of them than in any Tales game before...

I doubt they ever will... ToI never made it here so I wouldn't expect much hope for ToI R. Though ToI got a fantranslation so maybe they'll make one for ToI R too
