Description
Most Mortasheen monsters focus on just "weird," but I'm trying to do some with more traditional "menace," and even some that are more traditionally cute one of these days (because I do like the same kind of "cute" as other people, too, I just also consider a lot of other things cute)Still, I try to maintain some weirdness, so Mortasheen's "velociraptor" is also a trilobite xenomorph sort of thing.

Wow your stuff is creatures are horrifying but very creative this can make a lasting image on someone which is great keep making the stuff of nightmare

Oh how I wish to have the creativity and talent to come up with such strange creatures( also I have a question: Are you planning to remake all the morticians that are in black and white? Or at least the majority?)

Hey Bogleech, I just want to say I'm a longtime fan of your work and I love the kind of things you make. As an artist who focuses on the surreal and foreign, you're like a better version than me, which would be like a darksack100 2.0, but you came first, so I'm technically more of a Bogleech 0.2 Beta offshoot. Anyway great stuff, particularly with Awful Hospital. I have an account there (Anonymous Anomaly) and I make comments sometimes. You're an inspiration and I hope you keep doing what you're doing.

Nonsense my dude, the simple way you shade, texture, and draw posture
implies a better sense of spatial reasoning and biological awareness than me.
I would say that we're very different on our form, but our topics are remarkably similar
and I think you've been at it a lot longer than me, so in my eyes you're a pro!
Also I'm not trying to be pretentious here but whenever you respond with
humble stuff like this it just kinda confirms to me that you're a very respectable and
all around nice guy.

aw well a lot of people think I'm just the opposite - that I'm a mean egotistical loudmouth - but I guess they're going by me getting defensive about political or environmental stuff. I definitely don't feel like a super advanced artist or anybody important! There's so much art I wish I could do myself, and a lot of it is simpler, flatter styles. There's lots of appeal and fun in that and it takes its own special knack to make a more *technically minimalist* drawing more eye-catching.
I only learned a lot of stuff about color and shading real recently!

Nonsense! Standing by your own beliefs doesn't make you egotistical or mean,
at least not in my book. It simply means you're an individual who stands by their
beliefs. I've estimated some of your political values from Awful Hospital comments
and whether or not I disagree with them should have no impact on how I perceive
your craft or your level of amiability!
Logic dictates that you can't be "seriously the best, ever" at art, but I still
hold to the notion that you exhibit very respectable talent, and possibly more
than that a uniqueness I haven't seen anywhere else except, as previously
mentioned, in my own general work (I have seen people make amazing aliens
and amazing descriptions, but rarely both at the same time in such large degrees).
In my eyes you seem versatile, so I think you could certainly experiment with
different styles. Your april fools comic was intentionally simplified, but if you
can make stuff like that I'm confident you can go several steps further.
I can't judge what you mean by recently, but judging by the start date
of AH alone I would suppose recently would mean a few years ago.
If so that only proves how quickly you can adapt to new things,
because as far as I am concerned your "new" ability flawlessly fits in
with your overall creation.

Don't worry I'm pretty jealous of most other artists and designers, it's normal! I'm always trying to come up with something I like quite as much as some of my favorite monsters in games and cartoons, and I'm never QUITE there
