Not that Stan Winston wasn't a master of his craft, but you know he only made the dog-thing, right? All the other monsters were done by Rob Bottin and his crew.

you should have made the eyestalks look more towards the front and down a bit, but great design! Last I tried to do "the thing" monster, it came out looking like this
