This is an obscure one and I doubt anyone would really want to buy this design, but I had to do it! The Pascagoula Abduction is my all-time favorite alleged alien encounter, reported by two fishermen who may have been crazy, but sure knew how to cook up an incredibly disturbing visual.

The aliens were described as grey, wrinkled, mummy-like figures with long arms, mittenlike pincers, legs stiffly fused together and eyeless, neckless heads encircled by carrot-like protrustions. They hovered through the air, supposedly paralyzed the two men by an unseen force, and constantly "mumbled."

Like some of the other people that have commented here, I also remember reading about the Pascagoula extraterrestrial being in an extraterrestrial book/UFO book in my primary school library and/or my high school library and/or a public library (I can't remember exactly where, because I've read a LOT of extraterrestrial books/UFO books since I was a very little boy). I absolutely LOVE stories of extraterrestrial contact/extraterrestrial abductions, ESPECIALLY stories of extraterrestrial contact/extraterrestrial abductions which involve extraterrestrial beings who AREN'T the 'Zeta Reticulans' (AKA 'the Greys') that tend to appear in so many stories of extraterrestrial contact/extraterrestrial abductions. My favourite alleged extraterrestrial beings who AREN'T 'Zeta Reticulans' (AKA 'Greys') are the Pascagoula extraterrestrial being and the extraterrestrial beings that resemble praying mantises. FUCK YEAH!!!!!

I give the fishermen points for creativity.

As a child I knew these entities as the "Elephant Men".. don't ask me why.. must have been the same case just differed in name.

Had a few "paranormal" experiences myself growing up. Contact me if anyone would like to share.

Most alien abduction cases seem fake and steryotypical to me, but I admit there are a few that a list as "potentially genuine," and the Pascangoula case is definitly one of them. This is because the aliens portrayed in this were truly alien in terms of appearance, because the victims were genuinely traumatized, and because the case is so different from most other cases. And besides, even if the victims were crazy and only hallucinating the whole thing, the chances that they were experiencing the exact same thing at the exact same time without there something actually happening would be unspeakably slim.

All good points, and even if they weren't aliens, who knows what strange force could have caused two men to see the same bizarre things.

Hence the reason I list it as "potentially genuine."

This is really cool stuff, Scythe! I think the best thing about this is the pose; the gesture makes me think of an old timey black and white cartoon, particularly Popeye.
"I'm Pascky the alien, I keep humans in a can, with mitten like pinchers and disturbing features, I'm Pascky the alien!"

Love this latest series of crypto critters and eyewitness aliens. You're skill with rendering in the past month or so has been really impressive as well, it looks like you're really enjoying what you do, and thats awesome. Cant wait for more mysterious beings from you, especially my Braxton County favorite.

KEEP IT UP

Learned about this guy through your sight! Those two fisherman must've been crazy to concoct this weirdo of a sighting.

Stifly-fused legs = impractical. Usually, this indicates that it was made up. Like those people who say that "gray" aliens are the way they are because they don't need physical strength due to their enlarged mental capacity. A truly "advanced" race would have the best of both worlds.

I believe all this stuff is made-up, but, I still find the fused legs believable for a levitating being. They may just function as nothing but a pillar when they rest.

We may be on our way to big brains and vestigial bodies ourselves. Or little brains and vestigial bodies. Or no brains and vestigial bodies.

Or maybe they only recently started levitating, and their legs have atrophied from disuse.

Personally, I think if that did happen, we'd lo0k more like Metroids rather than having vestigial remnants that are useful as "landing gears" or whatnot.

I wanna suck on Mother Brain's head!

Or no brains and big, fat armless and legless bodies. With an orifice that just holds a cell phone.
