An idea I thought of one day while watching Naruto Shippuden.I thought to myself what an all powerful Dojutsu (Eye Techniques) would be the strongest one possible, so I came up with this and combined the notably strongest ones together. And I know my shading is god awful
Rinnegan: Sage of six paths, Nagato and Tobi.
Sage mode eyes: Naruto Uzumaki after training in Senjutsu.
(Not Dojutsu I know, but it's still and eye trait of significant power)
Byakugan: Neji and Hinata Hyuga.
Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan: Madara and Sasuke Uchiha.
*Update 17/2/13 - removed a good chunk of lines from the eye and fixed some shading.

If it is still relevant.
Personally I think that mixing Rinnegan and Sharingan together is not needed, as apparently powers of Sharingan and Mangekyou Sharingan passes over to Rinnegan, as Madaru could use Susanoo while Rinnegan was in effect. Also, there is Rinne Sharingan, used by Kaguya, which is most likely the mix of these two.
But, I have came up with a "Divine Mangekyou Sharingan", which is an amalgamation of all MS, having all their powers and techniques. And whether it is able to "recover" from use of Izanagi and Izanami is something I havent decided on yet.

The Sage mode isn't a doujutsu, the frog eyes it's completely inoffensive, frog eyes it's just....cool ^^
Let's say that he's in sage mode, while the three doujutsu are activated.....lol, he's powerful, omg
