Oh, now you're just moving the goalpost.
Maybe Mother Gothel as we generally see her in the movie "Tangled" or Elsa (?) from "Frozen." Since I count Disney Afternoon shows and spin-offs, one of the villainesses or wild cards from the Aladdin series [link] [link] [link] [link] or Vidia [link] from the Disney's Fairies series would work just as fine.

Domino's always been my all time favorite one shot character in the Pokemon universe. Proving that you don't need Pokemon to be completely badass. Thanks for drawing this!
