Believe me, Yama is absolutely love crazed when it comes to guys.
Unlike Saku and Hina who always lust after Naruto, Yama lusts after any handsome guy she lays eyes on. She'll even swoon over Naruto on occasion, but she just loves to woo various guys.

Hmm I wonder what would happen if Tsunade and Shizune wore the mask?

Well, knowing Tsunade's gambling habit, I think it's possible that if she wears the mask, she'd probably be gambling nonstop.
As for Shizune, I could imagine her turning into a party crazed wild girl the moment she puts on that mask.

I also thought that would grow younger since Sakura, Hinata and Ino grow older when they change

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Tsunade and Shizune do grow younger when they wear the mask.

Saku: Oh come on Yama. It's not that big of a deal. And besides, he drew me first.
Hina: And then me.
Yama: What's your point?
Saku: He did me first because he likes me more.
Hina: No, he likes me more.
Yama: No way, you're both wrong. It's me he likes the most.
Saku: I've been around longer than either of you.
Hina: Big whup, I'm much more sexier.
Yama: Get real, I've got a more curvy figure.
(All three girls continue to argue about who SDKZERO likes more, and soon it escalates into a big fight, which gets engulfed in a fight cloud.)

(The fight cloud disappears and all three stop fighting and focused on me.)
Look Girls, it doesn't matter who came first, or who's the most beautiful, I love all of you equality Saku, Hina, Yama, Ten, & Tsuna. So no more fighting!

Yama: You are such a charmer.
Ten: You're such a cutie.
Hina: I think that you're sweet, a charmer and a cutie.
Tsuna: That's right.
All: We love you too, darling.
(Saku gets an idea)
Saku: Hey ladies, you know what this means.
Yama: Uh huh. IT'S SMOOCHING TIME.
(They all gather around Zero and smother him with kisses)
