Sooo here is Natalie again... I really should mess with my other BJDs... honestly!Anyway... little secret behind this photo... I ALMOST QUIT THE HOBBY BECAUSE OF THIS. -rips hair out-
Everything that could go wrong did. There was a little girl playing outside my window... she almost got a free Elfdoll Yuan... -pondered throwing her out the fucking window-
This outfit, which you can't see because NONE of the photos turned out, was huge. Very heavy and folded really oddly... I just threw it together out of some spare fabric and such. Anyway... it looked half ok so I figured I'd throw a couple shots around... well she wouldn't stand, her wig kept falling off, her feathers kept messing up, HER EYE FELL BACK... HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?!?!? Etc... [insert more rambling about how horrible this shoot was]...
Long story short, I got one shot that I didn't HATE... and I felt I needed to put it up anyway. SO... Hope you enjoy.

Aww... I know that feeling... not very fun. I have almost quit this hobby a couple of times too.
But some days this just happens.
I have not toughed my dolls for weeks now, but today I changed clothes on Kyo... felt good to do that, really good. Now I might slowly start being more active with the hobby

Secondly - eyes are so friggin fragile ! I nearly had a heart attack when I was shooting my Soom Gem girl in her Christmas jester outfit that I made for her and she fell back and the eyes I spent a day putting in with eyelashes just fell back 
But the conclusion of this message is : This Photo damn Rocks !! yes it takes a seance full of misery to get one rare jewel out ! This is the price of your hobby

Though the flickr one is a Behind The Scene one, I absolutely love the way the dress looks. She looks stunning in it, really.
And we all have our days where shoots or dolls seem to do every possible thing they can to NOT work along. At. All.
But I have to say, this shot you uploaded is really beautiful. I love the one curl that's separate from the rest of her hair.
