Anyway, is that thing a solid chunk of clay or did you use one of foam heads as a base?

Cool, I've never used the stuff, but i've heard great things about it. I've always used Model Magic whenever I do any form of sculpting. Since it doesn't dry out get crumbly over time. Plus I tend to fiddle with it a lot before finally baking it.
Also, you mentioned it was on a life cast. So, who is it? Or is it just a concept you did based off an exiting person.Β

Might I recommend attempting to hook a fog machine to Hyde's mouth or nostrils as well as Fiber-optic LEDs to the "Ash end" of the cigar to give it the effect that it's really lit?
