Name: Fiddif.
Race: An entity of goo.
Length: 1.8 meters in Stable form.

Description
A lanky character, seemingly made out of warm-to-the-touch blackish goo. He sports two pairs of large arms with large and a long prehensile tail. Brown fur covers portions of his legs and upper body. He got two large ears and bright orange eyes.

The goo has non-Newtonian characteristics. Its clearly a thick and sticky liquid but its solid so that Fiddif can manipulate things around him. Yet, Fiddif can squeeze through bars and through holes if he wants.

Fiddif's often sporting a wide tooth grin. The insides of his mouth glow brightly and seem to lead into a featureless void.

Around his neck is an ornate golden collar with a large ruby on its lock.

Personality
Fiddif's a smiling beacon of childish energy and endless curiosity.
His motives in life is not clear to anyone as he merely wanders around in search for entertainment. Something to sate his curiosity.

He's very social but have little to no respect for personal space, unless he's scolded for it. He likes to pick up decorations, rummage through someone's backpack and flip through someone's diary without hesistation but would respect anything he has pilfered, and return them once his curiosity is sated.

To go with his seeminly boundless childish and mischievous energy, Fiddif is often hit by sudden strokes of fancy and act out of impulse to carry out these moments. Be it picking up someone and putting them on a nearby roof and having a silent laugh at it, or just doing other seemingly nonsense..

Thankfully, depsite everything, Fiddif's good-hearted and never want to hurt, injure or damage anything. He'll respect laws, although might stretch them a bit for a laugh.

The Stabilizing Collar
How Fiddif came into contact with the collar is unknown. Was he given it? Was it made for him? Did he just appear wearing it? No one knows!

The golden collar around his neck is a device that keeps Fiddif's form stable. Without it, he's free to rapidly shift his shape around to dramatically increase his size or increase the length of his limbs. He's also able to squeeze through objects (provided there's holes for him) with ease.

Fiddif can at any time open his collar up to tap into his shapeshifting prowess and will often do so whenever he feel like it. He seemingly feels a sense of great relief going uncollared, so he prefers it off.

The collar floats around and follows Fiddif around when opened, so Fiddif cannot misplace it. The collar cannot be closed (or stolen for that matter) by anyone as its bound to him.

Depending on how much shapeshifting Fiddif perform, as well as how extreme the transformations, Fiddif's form will remain seemingly stable for upwards to 60 minutes. If Fiddif pushes past the threshold, he'll collapse unto himself and turn into a gooey mass. He's still sentient, just lacking a lot in the whole 'having a body' department. Fiddif's form will stabilize rather quickly when collared again, only requiring a period of 1-10 minutes (depending on if he breached the threshold or not) to fully restore his form.

Character Traits
Mute - Fiddif's mute. Although his be lacking in voice, he'll resort to hard gestures, charades, facial expressions and frustrated sighing to make himself understood. Being understood is exhilarating.
Ageusia - He has no sense of taste and due to this, he's not a picky eater. While he might not actually NEED to eat, he can choose to do so.. for reasons.
Goo - Seemingly having no actual internal organs, no blood, no.. nothing.. Fiddif's very resilient to most elements and physical harm.. no to mention that he's very flexible and stretchy. Fiddif's body is warm to the touch, noticeable more than that of a normal human.
Childish - Akin to a child, he's very resceptive to being rewarded and praised.. but he can also take great offense from being scolded or told to not do 'that' or 'this'. Can be rebellious as a negative response.
Great Understanding - Although he's mute and cannot write, he has a great sense of understanding for things around him. He can understand anyone who talks to him, no matter what language, and can read whatever literature he comes across.

"Storage" Capabilities - Anything that Fiddif can fit inside his mouth vanishes into the glowing void that's inside. He can choose what do with those things. A safe space to keep trinkets or mementos, or just straight off to consumption.
