Hmm, I'm not really sure I think all that has been said about them was that they were very close but then something happened and apparently they didn't end up on good terms? But they made up afterwards  

I'm on episode 70/148, so  I can't quite tell yet

There are some lovely fanfics about how their relationship/past history went, though, if you want to read any

I hope they make an episode on it soon. 

And yeah, I've a few. Most of what I read had Slice of Life/Romance(PG to +18)/Angst and so on.
