I guess it's possible...but unless Percy asks and/or they owe him a favor (which is unlikely but possible also), I doubt the gods will care about a mortal's tattoo. I mean, he CHOSE to get it, didn't he? He could've refused.

About the dressing- I have no idea. IΒ΄d just finished looking through some clothes magazines, and- well!
The leg- it is either stretched in front of her or in the same position as the other...- I saw the reference once and then lost it, so I did this remembering what I saw-
