I hope it's not too late to enter this... (especially when I've worked my ass off for this thing....)
god, I just loved how it looked. I even made a neat backstory for this thing.
...Oh yeah, I'm getting to that.

ADOPTION FORM
Number: 4!
Name: The ORGANISM (ORGANISM might stand for something. Might think of it once I actually win this characters rights, which I doubt I will.)
Age: 5 human years
Sex: UNDETERMINED (Although I could imagine it as a male. not that I wanna know.)
Backstory (I haven't figured out how it's personality will work, so have a backstory instead):
The ORGANISM's creation started with a small spark of curiosity. Y'know how 'curiosity kills the cat', right? Well in this case, it was more than the cat that died.
Scientists have been wondering for a long time whenever a fetus could survive outside of the mother's womb (I heard they could but shh). So when a woman, unable to take responsibility for their small life form, offered to donate one, you could say that the scientists were very excited that day.
And so, they went to work. A vessel for the weak little life form, the nerves for movement, and the skull for protecting the brain and the eyes (because I'm gonna be honest, I'd rather see a skull for a head than two eyes and a brain floating in mysterious gunk. oh no I just imagined it oh shi ), everything seemed to go well.
Until the ORGANISM woke up.
Imagine if you just wake up in a test tube, and you have no idea what is going on or why you are here. That's pretty much what it was like for the ORGANISM. Confused, angry nd very, very afraid, the ORGANISM went on a rampage, killing almost all of the people in the lab.
The ORGANISM had nothing to loose even if they died. Well, except for a small memory. The memory of a voice.
So after the lab was destroyed, the ORGANISM started to wander around, looking for any clues about the voice.
And after a long time of wandering, they find the owner of the voice, which turned out to be the woman who donated the fetus in the first place (I mean, she was never bad in the first place, she just so happened to be in a bad position at the time, ok?)
Hopefully they lived together as a happy family after that.

Bonus (Useless) Facts:
-When agitated, weird arm things (Tentacles???) will sprout out of the back of their head. On it's Core (Chest area) it will form wing-like things (And I have no idea when or why it will. I'm figuring out a lot of things.). Arm-sprouting and wing-forming can both be controlled by the ORGANISM's will.
-The skull on the ORGANISM's head is removable (Not that I recommend it.).
-The Core is faintly shaped like a fetus (Unfortunately, because I lack the artistic talent, I couldn't show it in the drawing. Sorry.).
-The brain area and the Core is where the powers are the strongest. Hence the arms-and-wings-sprouting.
