sorry for the late reply! ;w; We sewed them all ourself, though not anything of the cosplays are self-made actually (for example, I bought my pants in a shop since it has the exact same color as the original).
As for the wigs: I didn't wear a wig to be honest, it was my own hair style. And I can't really tell you where Naruto's and Sakura's wigs had to be baught, though our Naruto has got the wig from a friend and I don't have any idea where Sakura had hers from.
