Apparently Highton View Terrace is in Hikarigaoka in Nerima - The birthplace of anime, where lots of anime studios are born. Just thought it'd be a fun fact lol, and those are actually the locations on the road sign in case you're wondering.
Really missed season 1 of digimon, back when the story was so fresh and original and everything felt like an adventure~!
So about the piece. Yep this is Taichi, Sora, and Greymon. And they're walking on a highway~
I'm pretty inexperienced with backgrounds, so really tried my best with this one. Hope you like it~

Mhmm, I normally watch the Japanese version of everything. Sadly, Digimon is one of the FEW I watched in english first, because I was younger.

the voices for digimon season 1 was okay even though it's in english. They were not stereotypical and the script wasn't too cheesy. It's the music and the movie that were terrible lol.

Back in the old days of the very first Digimon! YEAH! The first thing that came to mind on seeing Greymon was from the mini short when Tai and Kari were children. I like how this is done, the style looks close to the way the movies were done too.

So far, I have just sent in my portfolio to Pixar for an internship. I wasn't able to do any internships while attending school because I work full time at the Disneyland Park (stores) so I am hoping I can get some work experience in animation that way.

Thanks that would be awesome (I haven't heard from them yet). As for projects, I have an unfinished hand-drawn, WIP animation and several computer animation "exercises" that I have done in class. I do have something in mind for a personal future project but don't have a story yet.

Wow, i never knew Tai and Sora could look this cool XD! I love the super fierce greymon too.
The soft and pale colours really bring out the apocalyptic atmosphere of the whole picture. Good job
