She's just a generic character I was commissioned to draw for the Power Profile series for Green Ronin and M&M.
I actually haven't drawn any of the characters from any of my own games of MM. I should make a plan and do that sometime.

I recently bought the downloads of the Mutants and Masterminds 3rd Edition and what what available of the DC Adventures for some future games my friends and I are working on.
