Deviant Art looks for similarities of Pieces, they are not interested in checking originality, their software scans for dimensional fixes and flags common traits. This artist shares your pose as well as line work [link] this was probably flagged as a copy of their work which was submitted on October 18, 2008.

The artist I linked to attributed his work to this deviant [link] he submitted his piece on December 10, 2007. He attributed his piece to a deodato's drawing he saw in a comic show, is this you? Like I said Deviant Art is not interested in originality just submission similarities.
