Thanks! I originally drew the line art on standard 8.5x11 paper, scanned the image, and then used photoshop to colour in the image :].

Something that really strikes me about the outpost is that it seems to be built on the ruins of some massive building-as if there was a civilization before that was skilled in the art of construction, but then it collapsed, leaving this grand cathedral to become the ground for the future inhabitants.
It reminds me of nothing more than The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy where the birdmen took up residence in the ears of the seven-mile tall statue of Arthur Dent.

I am honoured with the comparison :3 The building is indeed built upon some sacred ruins... which does cause some friction with the descendants of the builders of those monuments. It allows for some fun political intrigue and maneuvering, storywise
