This is reminiscent of the "nose art" on bombers and fighter planes in WWII. Sadly, these girly pictures are no longer allowed on Air Force planes due to the large number of female military personnel and the "politically correct" atmosphere of today.

Too bad they aren't allowed. There were some really great works of art created on those bombers.

How true. And how sad that the only way to see this art again is on restored WWII bombers and fighters at airshows or in books.
