at first I thought it'd be Barney the Dinosaur.... then I thought of Barney from Half Life.
and after realizing I dont know who Barney Miller is, I went to Wikipedia to find out that it was a character in a tv show with the same name that aired between 1975-82. I wasn't born yet so yeah I never even heard about this show.
