To those of you who have seen the end of the game, I'm hoping you know where I've tried to go with this piece, Basically its my version of the sequel, or some sort of adventure which takes place after the Island. All I can think about is how she would look, and I started sketching up some ideas, putting off my uni work again. But the ending of the game had me thinking so much, how people influenced her and how she becomes who she is.

Within this piece I really wanted to keep the background simple , showing off Lara with a mix of the new Lara and our classic Lara with dual Pistols. The Bow is one I drew inspired by the Compound bow, I research recurve bows and found there design was much more appealing, So i decided to use a recurve bow instead of a big bulky compound bow which I kinda disliked in the game. The idea was to keep it really close to the new design of Lara but with some modifications just for fun

The colors were inspired by Sam Spratt's piece for the special Art for Tomb Raider as I fell in love with the piece and it really inspired me to keep to his color schemes and style just to see if I could do it as a personal challenge.

No Textures used in this, as I challenged myself to create the piece without them - The bushes I use a lot within my work is the 'Pointed Stump Blender brush' and 'Tapered Oils Brushes' and also the 'Fx glow and Pencil Brushes' the dirt effects were from the 'Gel Brushes' which I find really handy. All these brushes are default brushes within Corel Painter 12.
