Description
NO I'm not switching over to railworks, nor is Si3D lol.
Just wanted to play around see how one of my buildings looked in the program,
Must say it looks for an interesting prospect!

Again I didn't transfer anything over, I built it from within 3ds max and exported it using the railworks exporters. There's no magic here just content creation.

HOW THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT!? What program is this? If it is Railworks, please teach me how you got Thomas into this, because this has to be free build. I couldn't work out how to do it. If it isn't Railworks, then I apologize.

Interesting. If I tried with a face pack, would it work if I got the face pack for James?

You dont transfer models or "port" them over.
You have to export the source files from the original 3d software which is what I did, and they need to be in some cases remodelled and always retextured. I did all that.

You'll need THIS for the sounds and whistle. But to install it, did you go into the steamapps folder, clicked on common, Railworks and Utilities? If you open up Utilities, go to package manager, click refresh and then install, you'll need the RWP from the folder and that's how you install the Railworks Thomas.

yeah, I'm honestly not sure if it's the content. I put in a code for steam so I can get updates and patches, but it's using an alpha patch (v51.2 I think)
I can't play the game for more than 4 minutes without it crashing ;~;
it even bluescreens my dad's computer! IT EVEN FROZE IT!!!! COMPUTERS ALMOST NEVER FREEZE ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For a scenery model, it is presumably rather easy, particularly in contrast to exporting a locomotive or rolling stock into Railworks.

That looks really nice in Railworks. Gives it a good sense of scale as compared to Trainz, unless you just made the mesh bigger.
