Description
Inspired by the Geo-Force commission I decided I had to draw Looker, my fav Outsider! Love her original costume and her character before the whole vampire- thingy got in the way........I don't know why, but for some reason I always thought of her as the DC equivalent of Dazzler. Yes, I know they've got different powers, but something in their 'look' makes them seem like sisters.......or cousins, at least!!!
