So with SSFIV out and the upcoming MvsC3 and the whole Tatsunoko vs Capcom previously out, I have been in fighting game heaven. I also have been watching Mr. Shrinkiro very closely and checking out his art. So I decided to do a street fighter peice with Sakura cause she's cute and a personal fav. I started with just her, and then it looked a little too lonely, so again I went to shinkiro for influence. his old covers from the Udon street fighter series were awesome and gave me the idea of throwing a giant head in the background like he usually does. All hail the genius that is Shinkiro! Plus, I love him cause he's awesome with illustrator.tools:

I love her face here. But, each time I look at i I think her head might be a bit too big. Then I make the excuse, " David, by Michalangelo has a slightly bigger head too, soooo in case anyone asks, it's also a homage to michalangelo, ha!"
