Description
I try to watch my thought as I am out in public. I find that my mind races when there is a lot of people around.
I cannot control them so I cannot worry about them. Being a bit more aware of this has made it easier to walk on busier streets.
I still struggle with being in crowded places and get overwhelmed at times, but I notice it becoming something I feel less encapsulated by.
