Mr Krabs (Spongebob Season 6-9A) - i won't say that Mr. Krabs turned as bad as Patrick in the post-movie era. But that's not saying much, he still did Awful things. Ruining people's lives through newspapers, Making bikini bottom unhealthy with grease for a quick buck, destroying the krusty krab just to get a drive thru made, firing spongebob for a nickle. The list goes on

Kick's Brother (Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil) - this guy is not as bad as Cousin Kyle since this guy was intended to be one of Kick's annoyances. While Cousin Kyle was someone that you had feel sorry for but couldn't. But that's not saying much

Rhinokey and Hoppopodimous (The Wuzzles) - most of the characters in the show are Meh and it has a sickly sweet tone that will make want to throw up and will hurt your head. These two are like nails on a chalkboard

Mack's Brother (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends) - as Frankie and Mr. Hareman said. This kid is downright rotten

That Teenage Clown (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Again) - Frankie is already a character that goes through enough stress. this kid made her stress even worse, and not to Mention that he ruined her chances to go to a concert that she was wanting to go to

All 4 of those 6th Grade Girls (Hey Arnold!) - i was going to include Oskar since he's whiny (but that would be going a Little too harsh) and Iggy (but he only appeared in one Episode). But then i watched the one Episode where these four took advantage of Phoeobe (the Nicest character in the show), by having her do all four of their homework assignments and then the next day. Betraying her and having another kid spend time with her, WOW. Even after she did all their homework assignments

Mrs. Jewels (Wayside) - I'm gonna come out and say it. i really don't like this show, even as someone who never read the books. Why? It comes down to 11 words. Everyone in this show has been hit with Planktons idot sause. Don't believe me: there was an Episode where everybody believed that Myron's "baby" was actually a baby when in reality it's a ball of lettuce, there was an Episode where everyone believed that Myron wasn't faking having a twin Brother and believed him, in the show. Everyone believes that sammy (this dead rat) is alive. i can go on and on and on. But in terms of all the characters, i had no other choice to go with than Mrs. Jewels. One of my least favourite aspects of this Series is how Todd is treated at the school and whenever Mrs. Jewels sends todd home on the kindergarten bus, Sometimes for the dumbest reasons. i end up feeling sorry for him, i remember in the TV movie that the show was based on, get this. Mrs. Jewels constantly sends todd home because he said the walls were moving. Which ended up being the climax of the film

DW (Arthur) - Not as bad as Angelica or Sarah. But man DW is annoying, one of the most disobedient brats you'll ever see and get off Scott free characters in animation

Bubsy (Bubsy Cartoon) - i honestly see why this Cartoon didn't get picked up for a Series

Kevin (Ed Edd n Eddy) - not as bad as Sarah since he does get his cummupance at times. But still, that's not saying much

Ronaldo (Steven Universe) - like Lynn from The Loud House. Most of Ronaldo's episodes end up being some of the worst episodes of the Series, and unlike Lynn. There's not a single Episode that stars Ronaldo that i think is remotely good yet

Cyborg and Beast Boy (Teen Titans Go!) - WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Rock Baby (The Original Teen Titans) - as Jem Reviews pointed out. This guy is the most annoying character that the original series had to date, so this guy ended up making it here

Jam (Chowder) - that one annoying kid from high school that completely takes advantage of you

Craig's Brother (Craig of the Creek) - not only is this guy an awful Brother to Craig. But he has Little to no personality, the most that i know him is that he has a girlfriend and he constantly thinks about life after high school, i hope that sometime in the future he has an Episode that redeems him in the vanes of The Loud House with Lola and Lori with Episodes like A Tattlers Tale, Gown and Out & Driving Ambition

Rodney (Squirrel Boy) - a somehow worse version of Cuzco from The Emperor's New Groove

Orange (The High Fructose Adventures of Annoying Orange) the title 'Annoying Orange' says all you'll need to know about this guy

Johnny (Johnny Test) - a kid that is full of narcissism. and not to Mention, in the later Seasons. He started acting like a toddler

Hot Dog Guy (The Amazing World of Gumball) - mainly due to those three episodes that he appeared in where he and gumball were having alot of awkward moments

Master Splinter (Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) - as much as I'm liking this new Ninja Turtles Series. i was disappointed by what they did to Master Splinter, he has gone from a confident and serious trainer to his sons. To a lazy father that barely give any of his sons any training, and when he did give them training. he put on a movie and that's it. and when the Turtles said that they didn't like his method of training, he grounds them. That's not what the other 3 master splinters would do

Master Frown (Unikitty) - i know he's supposed to be dislikable. But it worked: he annoyed unikitty and the other citizens on problem fixie day, he almost ruined Puppycorn's Birthday by steeling his wish and if it wasn't for unikitty tricking him. Puppycorn's Birthday would've been ruined, he ruined brock's party when it was their roommate Anniversary, he made the uniteam and the entire beach miserable, he stole all of Santa's presents and just recently. He lied to the public constantly to make unikitty look bad

All the characters in Baby Looney Tunes - believe it or not. Before i watched some of the classic looney tunes shorts, i never heard of looney tunes. and oh God this show gave a bad first impression. Up to the point where even the looney tunes show represented the looney tunes characters better than this show

Harvey's Sister (Harvey Beaks) - as much as i loved this show. i have to admit this, there was no point in adding a new character for the Second Season. It was doing just fine with Harvey, his parents and his friends, but when they added this new baby. I'm all like, this is probably an attempt to restore Harvey Beaks Ratings in the same vanes as when Scooby-Doo, Rugrats and Fairly OddParents did this. But however, Harvey's sister. i have to come out and say it, is just bad as baby anais was in The Amazing World of Gumball Episode 'The Rival'. However Harvey's sister is around for the entirety of the Second Season. So there's no Escape from it
