This is a nice one too. The colours are good again and I like the general motive. You already tried to put in some perspective by stacking up the flamingos in front of each other. That's good but I think that you should have put them a little further in the foreground since they appear gigantic in this picture if you compare them with the water. Another part that seems a little illogical is that the water must be quite deep because the people have to go by boat, yet the flamingos can just stand there. A scene with shallow water would have been better cause this way I'm afraid that the flamingos won't stand there for much longer. They'll drown... It's cool that you built in reflections on the water. However, since the water is just a little wavy the reflections of the birds should be distorted by that. And finally I suggest not putting the same image into one manipulation more than once or twice because it most likely will appear unrealistic. The flamingos are just exact copies of each other. That won't happen in real nature.
