This is Yellow Dog ( Her name is literally Yellow Dog. )
She is a timid toon. She's a bit of an overemotional wreck and cries easily. She never had friends either. Her likes, dislikes and voice are common of the time or just plain bland and boring.
She keeps her opinions to herself so she doesn't want to talk about things with other toons and ends up making hasty decisions only discussed with herself about it. Wants to be a cat, but wasn't born as one and dislikes herself because of that, finally dropping into the depression stage.
(even though she looks quite feminine, she keeps up appearances for the public since she is terrified of what people think of her. )
