What is a Diana F+ Dreamer?

A Diana F+ is a special camera type. Back in the Sixties they used to build cheap plastic cameras in Russia and Lomography rebuilds them today. So it's a very simple camera, which rather looks like a toy than anything else. And the "Dreamer" is just the model (mint green!). I posted the camera a few months ago, you can find it in my gallery.
