Nice one. We almost got one to sit on a hand too (would've been a first for us with nuthatches), but in the end he wasn't proud enough, just kept standing in the air in front of the hand but didn't dare to take the food.
But another one tried to catch a nut we threw him in flight!

take your time - if you'll be visiting the same place regular they will eat from your hand, funny though when the do they tickle with their little claws

That's very simple - you need to come to Warsaw, and have some nuts, sunflower seeds, bread, and the camera. Then you need to go to the park Lazienki, and go into few places in here. Of course it takes a bit patience, but it pays off.
