I have had myalgic encaphalopathy (ME/CFS) for 12 years, and also a life-long heart condition which both now disable me to a large degree. Even 30 years ago I only just managed that walk from Lulworth Cove to Mupes Bay and had to be helped a lot on the way up the cliff (as hill climbing has always been very difficult for me because of my heart condition!!! While we were there (we were with members of our camera club), one of our friends caught a mullet and we baked it in tin-foil on the beach and it made a wonderful snack for us all. I shall never forget it. However, I had forgotten about all those amazing and strange rocks that stand out from that particular part of the coast and have been thoroughly enjoying your photos of it all.
