I dont really like the color scheme... any ideas?
... i'll prolly drop the pants and give him a more toy-ish look.

The pants might need some pockets if you don't like the way it is now. you know, those big pockets on the side which pants like these use to have?
I dont know though.

yeah... i usually draw cargo pants along with the pockets since its nearly all i wear (cuz i really need the pockets to fit all my stuff), so i tried something different... and failed xD

Tokay I just imagined really funny things reading that. Firstly how does he eat? I imagined 'im slamming food all over his monitor and rubbing a burger all over it whilst making munching sound effects followed by splashing soda on his screen and a horrible slurping sound.
Then I read on to find lil little blighter is connected to the world wide spider web. I instantly thought virus. Every now and then he twitches or randomly shuts down/ does random things. Explodey perhaps. Reminds me kinda of Batty from Furn Gully.
I like this character. Makes me wanna do fanarterino.

For the eating part tho he got a mouth ... not really obvious consider the way i draw mouths is pretty much just a teeth square floating idly to the side of the "chin" area xD But I really like your idea ... it'll look even more ridiculous with the fact that he DOES have a mouth yet dont fukin use it xD
Haha, virus... that's not a bad one, but he mostly uses the interwebs to download patches and checking google for his ennemies weaknesses = D

The mouth is a vent grid, and like my usual mouths, it just vanishes when it's closed.
For the color, i want to evade the blue or red palettes exactly because he does look kinda like Canti.

Yep I try. I actually have been watching you for a long time. I usually only comment if something other then, "OMG that is just...wow." pops randomly in my insane cranium.
Hmn 2 mouths. I mean the emote one AND the real one. Hmn. Yeh actually I can see that working especially if animated. I didn't at first but that can work. Seems alot more creepy now though.
Now I'm questioning the voice. I'd probably need more character building info before I could peg that. I mean you could go with the "Dr sbaitso", "Stephen Hawking" or "Johnny Five" standard robot voice but I really think its beem over done. I much prefer actual voice actors for robots like that of Gir from Invader Zim. I mean voices can be recorded for these poor robots. They don't have to be synthesized.
It would be really creepy to walk into his room while he's in sleep mode. He'd look like a stand with a TV on it slightly slouched. You'd walk up to it and it would flash on with static. You'd jump a lil from fright and then settle your nerves. Slow movements are starting to be sensed and an erry feeling comes rushing over you. BLAM! The screen flashes onto the Oo; emote and he grabs you quickly and suddenly. Yep not one or the other but both. omg.
To your surprise you are merely thrown out of his room into a pile of odd socks. Serves you right for waking up the lil guy ^^

If you surprised him during his sleep, he'd probably just start playing the ending of "the ring" and walk creepily toward you. Once you run away, he'd probably do a little victory dance with the winning theme of Jeopardy playing.
For the voice, he doesn't speak per se, his channels switches like mad to catch words and parts of word from all the different channels, to make a makeshift sentence. He only uses keywords, not full sentences = D that, or movie quotes
And for his personnality, well, his mood protocol was accidentally connected to the weather forecast program D= so his mood depends on the local temperature!
