I don't know much about animation but a suggestion I would make for later episodes: the dialogs, you don't always have time to read them, maybe make them stay longer, like when the guy tells his friends who just smashed through the ceilling ^^.
Just a thought like that.

Yeah, I actually wanted to make the dialog remain there during the speedlines and all, but I ended up having symbols in symbols etc. and just decided not to anymore.

"The Animator Survival Guide" by Richard Williams, a pretty damn large book, has about everything you need.

I KNOW! Sounds are also coprighted, so I basically can't do anything on deviantart without doing it myself or having my friend do it. And we're more into sci-fi and classic videogames so my sound bank didin't fit at all! (Heck, my endzone entries' sound were done with a gameboy!)
Sigh... oh well, still works though!
