I do all of my digital art on Paint ^^||| (With some editing in Pixlr, occasionally.) I've been using it all my life and I still feel like I can barely use it, haah XD Then again, I can't understand programs like Photoshop or GIMP to save my life ._.

Hahaah well it's all in what do you feel about using programs like PSD or gimp, in my opinion PSD it's better than gimp just because i'm able to use just psd as well ahhaha so any program is good, but you have to learn how to use it

Try Paint Tool SAI it a really really good program. You have to learn how to use it of course, but it's way easier than Photoshop ! And if you feel comfortable with it keep on using that,
