Super Paper Mario was the third Paper Mario title, and strayed from the 3D-perspective overworld of the past two titles in exchange for a mostly 2D world, though it still possessed a third dimension only Mario and a few select others could see. One type of foe found in the adventure was the Spiny Tromp and its smaller sibling the Spiky Tromp. These two stone-faced foes rolled about with their sharp exteriors hoping to skewer the unsuspecting traveler. I'm sure Mario knows how to get around them, though...
