I like your line of action but I think the tail is a little too high. when you get your line/backbone in the tail needs to follow so if you brought it down a bit more and curved it up some it would follow and make your posing even stronger. I would stretch his back leg out a little more by moving his foot farther back you wouldn't really even have to change the leg much.
When you''re drawing arms, watch out on the length between the shoulder and elbow, the right arm is a bit short there, and a bit long from the elbow to wrist. I think if you gave his arm more length from the shoulder, dropped the elbow a bit and then brought his arm up that would make him a little less stiff.
The other arm looks ok in length but I'd add just a little bit of a bend to it, he looks very stiff because of that.
And last suggestion is your lighting. You're doing well but don't be afraid to play with color more. The lights are very bright so for on his tail a really obvious green might show or on his feet the blue. Don't be afraid to maybe out line it a bit.
