Because you asked me for critique in terms of anatomy and proportion:
The biggest concern is the hands especially the one by the guy's hand. The fingers are off. And the feet could use some work by making sure to keep the big toe at the right size as well as the little toe. You should look at more refs of hands as well study the anatomy. Some things to remember are the fingers having three sections. So when you think of a finger bending, divide a finger in three sections using cylinders. Look at your own hand, why not even take a photo of yourself doing the exact pose that way you have something more accurate and easy to follow.
There are other issues too but you have to just to practise to overcome mistakes.

So, first of all, I love the colours and the shading, they look truly fantastic!
The main problem I see however is anatomy; the lower part of his torso and the pelvis look strange, it looks like he had a round bulge (don't get me wrong

This looks great. I like the lighting, and those shadows seem pretty realistic enough. The wrinkles and shading in the blanket and clothes seem flawless as well. The only things that seemed slightly off were his left hand and his feet. I don't know why they just looked a bit awkward. That's the only thing I can find that could probably be improved a bit, besides that this is an amazing piece of work and you're an awesome artist.
