ook lets talk shop . I start with taking care of the larger things with the spot healing tool set to content aware. make a duplicate layer witch is inverted a little blurred and set to vivid light. and on that layer one uses High pass until it looks good. and think i put a low opacity blurred layer on top. aaaaand on top of that i made another coped layer with a severe Median on it that i set to hue to even out color artifacts. I think it was Hue. it might have been color to. meeeh whet ever looks good.

I think that was about how i did it. As u can tell, im not a very good tutotial maker . But serch youtube for High pass skin retouch and u should find something
