This was an old mill building that had seen other uses since than and for years has been left sitting empty and dilapidated. After wandering throughout this building I ended up heading to the top floor. To get up the last two stories where the staircases had fallen away required me to use ladders stuck through holes in the floors. Upon getting up there I decided it was well worth it.

The windows look out from between an upper and lower section of original slate roofing. Large notched support beams and bolt systems support the massive weight of the roof. The building is now under renovation and plans for the top floor include mechanical systems for the building and a penthouse. Hopefully the majority of it is used for the latter and is left exposed to be enjoyed.
