And you know what Flowey has witnessed, he meant what he said.The idea on this pic is based on how Pacifist Frisk always chose to give Flowey mercy, regardless of all the things he has done. Flowey might be heartless, but I'm sure he's not that forgetful to remember the great (and how questionable it is for him) kindness that Frisk has offered to everyone. Maybe in this pic, Frisk does changes Flowey in several ways...
That person on the right is just some random jerk, nothing special.

I've always imagined Flowey couldn't keep hating Frisk forever. Why?
Because someone who would go through shit just to be nice, regardless of the consequences, you just can't help show some major respect for accomplishing something seemingly impossible. You can definitely hate that person more for doing it, but not without the prime reason for being jealous in some way, form or fashion.
