And you know what Flowey has witnessed, he meant what he said.The idea on this pic is based on how Pacifist Frisk always chose to give Flowey mercy, regardless of all the things he has done. Flowey might be heartless, but I'm sure he's not that forgetful to remember the great (and how questionable it is for him) kindness that Frisk has offered to everyone. Maybe in this pic, Frisk does changes Flowey in several ways...
That person on the right is just some random jerk, nothing special.
EDIT: For whatever reason, this pic doesn't show up in my 'Newest Deviation' or other, anyone has this issue?

Technically, Flowey doesn't remember Frisk sparing him in the Pacifist Route since Flowey only seems to remember if you reset when he's Flowey. He was Asriel at the time when Frisk resets in the Pacifist Route, and he was...well...dead in the Genocide Route. All other times when the game was reset, he was Flowey, so he remembered. Either that or you have to complete the entire game since he also seems to remember when you reset before completing. But that's just a theory...A GAME THEORY! XD
