I really wan to enter the contest ! But I cant since the lineart is not transparent ;;
If not I cant color it (Im drawing on My IPad) ):

If you have adobe ideas (I have an iPad and I use that) you can save it as a photo (hold down the picture to get a menu that click save photo) than bring it on there and use photo than delete photo when done.
Also to include signature make a new layer and that make it so it is thin but you still can see it :3
